Elizabeth G. Kavitz

Beth Kavitz grew up in Salem, Virginia and has made her home in Charleston, West Virginia since graduating from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2006. Ms. Kavitz has maintained a passion for the practice of personal injury law since working as a research assistant to Professor Thomas C. Cady during law school. Ms. Kavitz joined DiTrapano, Barrett and DiPiero in 2010. From 2006 to early 2010 she served as an associate attorney at Hoyer, Hoyer & Smith, PLLC, supplementing her personal injury experience with emphases in Chapter 11 bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Ms. Kavitz also passed the New York bar exam in 2010.
