The law office of DiPiero Simmons McGinley & Bastress, PLLC is honored to sponsor a pickleball tournament to benefit The EVAN Foundation, an organization that supports families through childhood cancer diagnoses. The tournament will be held in Charleston, WV on May 21–22, 2022. DiPiero Simmons McGinley & Bastress, PLLC is especially grateful to attorney J. Timothy DiPiero for the level of skill and enthusiasm for the sport of pickleball he brings to our office.
The EVAN Foundation was established in 2011 in memory of Evan Lindberg. The organization aims to make a difference in the lives of families diagnosed with neuroblastoma and other childhood cancers. The EVAN Foundation’s mission is to support new research on pediatric cancers at leading institutions across the country. Scholarship funds are also designated for the next generation of researchers through the Evan Lindberg Neuroblastoma Research Scholars Program at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. “Treats & Treasures Carts” at children’s hospitals and clinics is another way the Foundation uses its resources to bring joy to those whose lives are affected by pediatric cancer.
We are proud to support the work being accomplished by The EVAN Foundation.
